BUYER PERSONA BLUEPRINT (FREE ACCESS)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to the Twinz Creative email list and accessing the Buyer Persona Blueprint, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not complete the sign-up form.

3. Description of Product

The Buyer Persona Blueprint is a free digital workbook offered to new subscribers of the Twinz Creative email list. It is intended for educational and self-guided use. It does not constitute individual professional advice and does not guarantee specific business results. Content is provided "as is" and may be updated from time to time.

4. Eligibility

This workbook is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By signing up, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

5. How You Access the Workbook

Upon confirming your email subscription, you will receive an email containing a view-only Canva link to access the Buyer Persona Blueprint. This link is for your personal use only and should not be shared with others. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it within 24 hours. If you experience any issues, contact us at hello@twinz.nz and we will resolve it promptly.

6. Licence Grant

By accessing the workbook, you are granted a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to view and use the Buyer Persona Blueprint for your own personal or business purposes. This licence does not permit sharing the access link, screenshotting, reproducing or using the content on behalf of multiple users or organisations without written authorisation from Twinz Creative.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content in this workbook (text, graphics, frameworks, templates and logos) belongs to Twinz Creative or its licensors.

• The workbook is shared as a view-only Canva link. You may not screenshot, copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell or publish any part of the content — in whole or in part — in any format, without prior written authorisation.

• You may not attempt to duplicate, recreate or repurpose the design or framework for commercial distribution.

• Any unauthorised use may infringe New Zealand copyright law (Copyright Act 1994).

8. Future Updates

Access to this workbook is provided free of charge at the time of opt-in. Because the workbook is hosted on Canva, content may be updated at any time without prior notice. Future versions or expanded editions of the workbook may require a new subscription, re-registration or a separate purchase. We will communicate any such changes in advance.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this workbook only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not use it to create competing products or derivative works for commercial distribution.

10. Communications and Marketing

• By subscribing, you agree to receive the Buyer Persona Blueprint access link via email, along with occasional emails from Twinz Creative including branding tips, marketing advice, promotions and updates.

• We comply with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007. You may unsubscribe at any time via the "Unsubscribe" link included in every email. Unsubscribing will not affect your ability to access the workbook link you have already received.

11. Data Protection and Privacy

The handling of your personal information is governed by the Privacy Act 2020 and our Privacy Policy. We only collect the data necessary (name, email) to deliver the workbook and send you relevant communications. Your data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except email service providers (e.g. Systeme.io) acting on our behalf with appropriate security measures in place.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• Twinz Creative will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to access this workbook.

• The availability of the workbook depends on third-party platforms (Canva). Twinz Creative is not responsible for any interruptions, changes or discontinuation of service by Canva.

• Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986, where applicable.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will be the one published on our website with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the workbook following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of New Zealand, unless mandatory regulations provide otherwise.
